Not exactly how the nursery rhyme goes, but my little basket is blue, not green and yellow.  I did post a yellow basket made this same way for our Di’s Country INKers April blog hop. It’s a fun project, and I could just see it in blue with some pastel M&Ms resting in it!

The basket is actually made of eight flowers stamped with one of the Mixed Bunch. I stamped the image with onto Soft Sky cardstock with Versamark Watermark ink so that I could heat emboss them with clear embossing powder.

The handle is a two inch strip of Soft Sky cardstock. I adhered two strips of Coastal Cabana ribbon (Sale-A-Bration embellishment pack) onto the cardstock with Snail adhesive. I covered the seam running down the middle of the handle with a length of Silver 1/8″ Ribbon.

Those M&Ms look so tasty, don’t they? Thank goodness I had the foresight to seal them in a clear bag; otherwise I might eat them before I give the basket away!

The buttons are from a previous year’s Sale-A-Bration and the bows are tied with Bermuda Bay Baker’s Twine. One of great things about Stampin’ Up products is the way they all coordinate beautifully.

Thanks for stopping by and have a beautiful spring day!
