Although today’s card was given on Valentines Day, it would be appropriate any day of the year–the best kind of card to have on hand! It is one of my favorites, so it seems only right that it’s also the one that I made for my sweet husband. I had another one made to give him, but when I saw the cute card  Susan Itell posted on her blog last week, I knew that I had to make another card for my sweetie using this design.

You can see the design better from the angle of the second photo. It is actually two cards in one. The smaller card closes over the flap of the larger card, so it’s like opening a present and a card! I followed Susan’s instructions and dimensions that are in another blog post from last May.

 

 

 

 

A great thing about the way this card goes together is how pretty it looks opened up all the way, with room to write a message on the left panel.
