I made this card for this week’s Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge 177. Christmas and snow just seem to go together, even if you live on the edge of the desert as we do. Thank goodness for the beautiful Winter Frost Designer Series paper, as now I can have snowflakes any time of the year.   I love the contrast of the Smoky Slate, Island Indigo, and Pool Party against the Whisper White. It’s hard to see them in the picture, but I added tiny rhinestones to the centers of the snowflakes on the DSP to add a little sparkle. For more sparkle, I made a silver snowflake from some silver paper that I’ve had on hand for years and an old Cuttlebug snowflake die.

I lined the envelope with a coordinating piece of Winter Frost DSP and stamped the same three little snowflakes that I used inside the card on the lower left corner of the envelope.
